We collect only information needed to operate the service and protect it.

Account details: name, company, email, and contact information
Transaction details: orders, invoices, payment status, and required transaction references
Service details: configuration, IP, tickets, incidents, and operational logs
Security details: login time, device, and risk-control information

How information is used

Information is used to process orders, verify payment, deliver resources, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve service. We do not operate by selling customer personal information.

Necessary sharing

To complete payment, delivery, networking, security response, or legal obligations, we may share the minimum necessary information with payment providers, data centers, network operators, technical providers, or authorities.

Retention and security

We retain information as required for business, finance, security, and law, using access control, isolation, and audit records to reduce unauthorized access. Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be absolutely secure.

Customer rights and sensitive data

Customers may request account review or correction through a ticket. Never post passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive information in public chats, screenshots, or ticket text.
