DELIVERY POLICY

Service delivery policy

Products differ in automation, inventory, and upstream preparation. Successful payment starts delivery but does not mean every resource is available instantly.

01

Delivery prerequisites

After verifying the order, amount, and payment status, Fast-BGP checks stock and compliance against the confirmed configuration. Custom, high-value, multi-IP, protected, or GPU products may require additional use-case or identity details.

02

Delivery timing

Products marked for automatic provisioning enter the automated flow after payment confirmation. Dedicated, custom network, and manually reviewed resources follow the timing stated on the product, quote, or ticket. If no timing is stated, confirm an estimate before payment.

03

What delivery includes

Delivery normally includes service status, expiry, hostname, IP, and agreed access credentials. Operating system, network, hardware, IP quantity, and add-ons follow the order snapshot.

04

Customer acceptance

After delivery, customers should log in, change initial credentials, and verify the configuration. Report access, configuration, or network issues with evidence through a linked ticket.

05

Delays and alternatives

If stock changes, upstream maintenance, security review, or force majeure causes delay, we will explain through tickets or account contact and, where feasible, offer waiting, an alternative configuration, account credit, or refund review.

Questions about an order policy?

Before payment, provide the product, configuration, and use case so an advisor can confirm the applicable rules.
