TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of service and acceptable use

These are Fast-BGP's own service terms for server, network, and cloud services ordered through Fast-BGP. A more specific valid order, quotation, or written agreement takes precedence.

01

Accounts and orders

Customers must provide accurate, reachable account details and are responsible for orders and actions under their accounts. Submitting an order does not confirm inventory or delivery.

  • Verify region, configuration, route, term, currency, and price before ordering
  • Inquiry and custom products require advisor confirmation before delivery scope is established
02

Payment and renewal

Customers must pay the amount, currency, network, and deadline shown on the valid invoice. Blockchain, banking, or third-party fees are borne by the payer unless stated otherwise.

  • Funds sent through the wrong network, asset, or address may be unrecoverable
  • Services not renewed on time may be suspended, terminated, or released
03

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for applications, accounts, data, patches, backups, and system security. Infrastructure delivery does not include managed application operations unless explicitly ordered.

  • Change initial credentials and restrict management ports after delivery
  • Back up before reinstallations, upgrades, migrations, or network changes
04

Prohibited use

Services must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement, network abuse, or conduct that threatens the platform or upstream infrastructure.

  • Attacks, scanning, intrusion, malware, botnets, or denial-of-service activity
  • Spam, phishing, fraud, piracy, or infringing content
  • Unauthorized resale, resource abuse, or circumvention of limits
05

Suspension, termination, and cooperation

Fast-BGP may restrict, suspend, or terminate affected services to control risk when facing security incidents, abuse reports, non-payment, regulatory requirements, or upstream instructions.

  • Emergency security measures may precede notice
  • Customers must respond to tickets and provide required compliance information
06

Service boundaries

Network performance depends on customer location, carrier, time, destination, and third parties. Latency, bandwidth, availability, or delivery commitments apply only when stated in the product or written agreement.

Questions about an order policy?

Before payment, provide the product, configuration, and use case so an advisor can confirm the applicable rules.
