Direct accounts separate cash balance from credit limits. Reseller accounts may use a partner-assigned Quota for billing. This is spending capacity, distinct from ECS instance or vCPU quotas. Official billing details

Spending or credit limits are requested separately under the billing arrangement. We assist with submission and follow-up, without guaranteeing approval or a fixed limit. Instance availability must be checked separately.
Discuss a quota requestEnterprise transfers require the same verified company, the necessary permissions and no arrears on the source account. Only eligible funds added directly to that account can be transferred; incoming transfers cannot be forwarded. Partner billing may also restrict access. The funding source determines the eligible amount.

Ask about balance handlingContact your advisor about credit, handover or application progress, with the service reference and redacted console result. We assist with reconciliation, handover checks and follow-up. Customers handle resource creation, deployment, operations and troubleshooting.
Agree refund terms, completed-work charges, fees and the return route before payment. Service refunds, resource cancellations and balance withdrawals are separate. Provider refund rules do not offer an unconditional refund of a top-up payment.

Yes, you can request this service. Ownership, access and recovery responsibilities must be agreed, and delivery or identity changes must meet provider requirements.
Not always. Eligibility depends on the verified entity, funding source, arrears and permissions. Cash, incoming transfers and partner credit follow different rules.
Resource quotas, regional and instance availability, account permissions and product eligibility also apply. A top-up does not change these requirements.
